The Federalist, April 8, 2019: “Was Nellie Ohr Research Used In Requests To Surveil Trump Campaign?” The piece argues that open-source language in the Carter Page FISA applications about Page’s July 2016 Moscow speech mirrors what she told the House about her own research. The article does not produce an FBI footnote that names her. Mirror is not citation. This page labels the claim commentary.

Conservative Treehouse, February 20, 2019 (“The Nellie Ohr Dossier”), went further: a theory that she was the material dossier author and used unauthorized FISA 702 queries. The hits review found no 702 evidence cited. That theory is not restated here as fact.

They used a dossier they could not stand up and a FISA they had to apologize for. Her papers were in the building. The Federalist asked the obvious question. Nobody in official ink wrote her name on the Page applications that this file has seen. The question still belongs in the packet — as a question.
